Gabby
Practitioner & Special Education Needs Coordinator (SENCO)

After completing her Master's degree in Poland, she came to the UK to gain experience in the British education system and quickly fell in love with its culture and diversity. Nearly 15 years later, Gabby is still here and absolutely loves working with children and supporting their early learning journey. Over the years she has had the opportunity to work with children in a variety of settings, including mainstream and special schools, as well as programs supporting children with mental health needs. Gabby holds her Level 2 qualification and is the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO). As a mum of two, Gabby understands how important a child's first learning environment is. I value every child as an individual and believe they learn best in a safe, happy environment where creativity and curiosity are encouraged. Rainbow Preschool is a wonderful place for young children and I am proud to be part of the team.

Committee

Our preschool is a registered charity and is proudly run by a dedicated committee composed of parents whose children attend the preschool. Our members volunteer their time and energy, always prioritising the best interests of the children, staff and preschool when making decisions.

Through organised fundraising events the committee ensures that all money raised is invested in new resources and equipment for the preschool to enhance the learning experience for the children.

Join our parent lead committee! We hold Annual General Meetings and always welcome parents to join the committee, providing new ideas and insights to help us grow together.

We invite any parents interested in joining the committee to speak to the preschool manager, Gina Oxford.
